Marijuana Case Dismissed

We recently represented an individual in a drug case involving marijuana. Not wanting the negative impact of a Virginia drug conviction, our criminal defense attorneys investigated the details and began attacking the flaws that we found in the evidence. Ultimately, we argued on our client’s behalf and successfully had the entire case dismissed based on a motion to suppress the problematic evidence. Our client was subsequently free to resume their life with none of the consequences that would normally come with such a charge.
